Director of children, youth and family ministries

Our vibrant, multigenerational ELCA congregation is seeking a dynamic, engaging, and faith-filled leader to serve as our full-time Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministries. This individual will shepherd and nurture the faith formation of children, youth, and families while partnering with the whole congregation to cultivate a Christ-centered community of belonging, growth, and service.


The Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministries will provide vision, leadership, and coordination for ministries serving children (birth–5th grade), middle school, high school, and their families. This leader will build meaningful relationships, create engaging programming, and equip families to grow together in faith.


Salary and benefits to be commensurate with experience.
