Educational ministry

Here at St. David we believe each person's faith and christian educational journeys are never ending ones. Our goal is to give people of every age the resources and opportunity to grow in their personal faith, knowledge of The Word, and a deeper understanding of what we believe as Lutherans.

Sunday school

St. David offers Sunday school classes in the Education wing from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on Sundays for children and adults. Members and visitors enjoy coffee and fellowship every Sunday morning in the Commons area before Sunday School.

We believe the decision about the age for a child to begin receiving communion is best made by each family. To help make that decision, please consult with Pastor. First communion classes are normally held each Spring.
